Refund policy

1. 7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee only in the following cases:

  • The watch arrived damaged or non-functional.

  • You received the wrong model or color.

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect in the movement.

2. The Mandatory "Unboxing Video" Rule

To prevent fraud and ensure a smooth claim process, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must start before you open the courier seal.

  • It must clearly show the shipping label and all sides of the package.

  • It must be a single, unedited clip showing the defect.

  • Without a clear unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement claim.

3. Conditions for Replacement

  • The watch must be in its original, unused condition.

  • All protective plastics, tags, and stickers must be intact. If the plastic is removed from the chain or glass, the return is void.

  • The original box and all accessories must be included.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for "Change of Mind" or "I didn't like the look."

  • Items on Clearance or Special Sale are final sale.

5. How to Start a Claim
